智通财经APP讯，现代中药集团(01643)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得本公司股权持有人应占溢利不少于人民币 200万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月则取得亏损约人民币690万元。董事会认为业绩由亏转盈主要由于处置物业、厂房及设备的亏损大幅减少。截至2024年6月30日止6个月，由于拆除制剂车间，本集团取得了巨额处置物业、厂房及设备的亏损。
尽管如此，本期间的收入较截至2024年6月30日止6个月预计将减少15%至20%。董事会认为，收入减少主要由于行业竞争激烈。
