智通财经APP讯，宏基集团控股(01718)发布公告，于2025年8月15日，本公司与认购方中深熙和实业订立认购协议，本公司已有条件同意配发及发行，而认购方已有条件同意认购2304万股认购股份，认购股份占扩大后已发现股本约9.09%，认购价每股认购股份0.215港元较2025年8月15日收市价每股0.239港元折让约10.04%。
认购事项的所得款项总额将约为500万港元，而所得款项净额将约为480万港元(经扣除认购事项开支后)，即每股认购股份的净发行价约为0.208港元。董事拟将认购事项所得款项净额用于本集团的一般营运资金。
