智通财经APP获悉，周五，Opendoor Technologies(OPEN.US)股价走高，截至发稿，该股涨超11%，报3.37美元。消息面上，此前公司宣布首席执行官兼董事会主席Carrie Wheeler将辞去职务。
根据公告，现任首席技术与产品官Shrisha Radhakrishna将担任公司总裁及临时负责人。Opendoor表示，早在2025年年中，Wheeler便向董事会提出离任意向，公司随后启动了CEO继任计划，目前新任CEO的遴选工作已“进展顺利”。
虽然自6月底以来，Opendoor股价已累计上涨逾500%，但Wheeler近期面临来自公司联合创始人Keith Rabois及EMJ Capital的 Eric Jackson等人的强烈批评，指责其未能为公司带来实质性的基本面改善。
Wheeler的离任被视为公司管理层变动的重要信号，市场正密切关注继任者能否推动Opendoor在竞争激烈的房地产科技领域实现持续复苏。
