8月15日金融一线消息，爱企查信息显示，花旗银行（中国）有限公司发生工商变更，卢伟明（LO， WAI MING STEVEN）卸任董事长，由SAN AVELINE PAU LEN接任。

　　此前，ZHANG WENJIE“接棒”杨长浩，担任该公司法定代表人。

　　花旗在中国的历史可追溯至1902年5月，是首家在中国开业的美国银行。2007年4月，花旗成为首批注册成为本地法人银行的国际银行之一。目前，花旗中国在全国12个城市（北京、长沙、成都、重庆、大连、广州、贵阳、杭州、南京、上海、深圳和天津）拥有分支网点。2021年4月，花旗宣布了在全球范围内对个人银行业务进行战略调整和转型，将在亚洲、欧洲、中东和非洲，后又宣布在墨西哥，共计14个市场退出个人银行业务，其中包括中国大陆。2022年12月，花旗银行（中国）有限公司在官网宣布，决定逐步关闭中国大陆的个人银行业务，涵盖银行卡、房贷、个人贷款、存款、投资、保险和外汇。这次个人银行业务调整不涉及花旗中国的企业机构客户业务。
