智通财经APP讯，梧桐国际(00613)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得未经审核综合除税前溢利约9940万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月则为未经审核综合除税前亏损约9420万港元。
期内溢利主要由于以下各项因素的综合影响：(i)按公平值计入损益表的金融资产未变现收益净额约3370万港元;(ii)股权投资的公平值变动收益约4540万港元;(iii)应收孖展贷款的减值亏损拨回约3650万港元;(iv)应占联营公司溢利约3920万港元;(v)投资物业的公平值亏损6700万港元。
