智通财经APP讯，中赣通信(02545)发布公告，预期于中期期间(截至2025年6月30日止6个月)公司权益股东应占集团溢利将不高于人民币500万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月公司权益股东应占溢利约为人民币1860万元。
董事会认为上述预期公司权益股东应占集团溢利减少乃主要由于(i)若干大型电信基础设施服务项目于2025年上半年大致完成，以及已中标的新电信基础设施服务项目初期客户的订单数量有限，导致整体建造工程减少;及(ii)软件解决方案服务项目所取得的合约数目减少，导致数字化解决方案服务所产生的收入及毛利减少。
