据港交所8月15日披露，高端母婴品牌BeBeBus母公司不同集团向港交所递交招股书，拟登陆香港主板，中信证券与海通国际担任联席保荐人。

不同集团于2019年创立BeBeBus，专注于设计并销售育儿产品。成立五年间，获天图投资、高榕资本等机构加持，完成三轮融资，估值从3亿元飙升至20亿元，实现近7倍增长，成长为中国育儿产品市场的知名品牌。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年的GMV计，BeBeBus在中国面向中高端消费者的耐用型育儿产品品牌中排名第一。

2022年至2024年，不同集团营收从5.07亿元上涨至12.49亿元，2024年及2025年6月30日止六个月营收从5.82亿元上涨至7.26亿元，净利润持续上涨，毛利率稳定在50%左右。

目前，集团已正式获得中国证监会境外上市备案批准，满足上市聆讯前置要求，拟发行不超过1618.86万股，有望很快进入聆讯环节。
