智通财经APP获悉，派格生物医药-B(02565)午后涨超15%，盘中高见24.14港元创上市新高。截至发稿，涨14.82%，报23.24港元，成交额2031.86万港元。
消息面上，据派格生物医药-B招股书显示，PB-119用于治疗T2DM预计将于2025年获NDA批准，并在中国进行商业化。与此同时，PB-119已启动用于治疗肥胖症的Ib/IIa期临床试验，2024年6月完成受试者招募工作。除了T2DM和肥胖症以外，派格生物表示，还将发掘PB-119在联合疗法方面的治疗潜力，进一步扩大适应症范围。
值得一提的是，近年来，减肥药赛道火热，以司美格鲁肽为代表的GLP-1受体激动剂类药物风靡全球。中信证券分析师表示，减肥消费带有典型的悦己型消费特征，容易催生出大单品。在诺和诺德、礼来等海外厂商业绩超预期以及国内研发进展加速的背景下，减肥药的产业趋势有望进一步明确。预计随着后续相关药物获批，国内减肥药市场有望快速增长。
