智通财经APP获悉，摩根大通发布研报称，国务院公布个人消费贷款贴息政策和服务业经营主体贷款贴息政策，当局宣布将为个人消费贷款及八类经营主体的资本开支与营运资金贷款提供利息补贴，相信有助于刺激相关贷款需求，但预期对银行财务影响有限。
根据该行测算，若银行消费及合资格服务业贷款增长10个百分点，对2025年全年收入升幅仅带来约0.4%的正面影响。但小摩亦指，政策信号仍属正面，有利于改善市场情绪。
在所评级的银行股当中，小摩预期平安银行(000001.SZ)若能管控相关贷款信用风险，或将受惠最多，同时相信招商银行(03968)、邮储银行(01658)及中国银行(03988)亦能受惠，较推荐风险管控能力较强的招行。
