智通财经APP获悉，卓悦控股(00653)盘中涨超80%，截至发稿，涨63.22%，报0.142港元，成交额737.47万港元。
消息面上，卓悦控股宣布，建议进行“一供三”发行最多13.43亿股的决议案，已于股东特别大会上获独立股东正式通过，即将在达成或豁免相关条件后进行买卖。所得资金预料将专注于包括偿还贷款及公司债券、升级集团全球跨境电商平台“香港猫”、强化批发业务模组以及补充一般营运资金四大核心用途。
公告称，集团主席兼执行董事兼控股股东陈健文将以股东贷款抵销方式认购其暂定配额，并可能于配售事项中认购新股份以维持控股股东地位。卓悦表示，此反映出控股股东对集团的长期支持与信心，并可减少因股东贷款产生的利息支出。据悉，卓悦控股今年4月宣布，拟折让约25.93%按“1供3”基准发行最多约13.43亿股供股股份，最多募资约1.07亿港元，所得净额将不会超过约5200万港元。
