澳大利亚疫苗服务公司（Australian Vaccine Services，AVS），作为澳洲最大的企业流感疫苗接种服务提供商之一，收购了较小的竞争对手 Medimobile，以提升市场份额。

合并后的业务年收入预计为 1300万澳元。

总部位于新加坡的 Aura Private Equity 于 2021 年从创始人手中收购了 AVS 80% 的股权，并通过 联邦银行（Commonwealth Bank, CBA） 提供的贷款支持了此次并购。

此次收购将使 AVS 年接种疫苗数量从 30万剂以上 增至 超过43万剂，同时获得更多政府和企业客户的新合同。Medimobile 还预计将帮助提升 AVS 流感疫苗券的使用率，以及其更广泛的职场医疗服务，包括 HPV、甲型和乙型肝炎及百日咳疫苗接种服务。

合并后的集团预计年收入为 1300万澳元，全国共有约 300 名护士。

Aura 投资组合经理 Shane Shi 表示，自五年前私募股权公司入驻以来，AVS 的年复合增长率（CAGR）达 18%。

Shi 还表示：“通过这次收购，预计 2026 财年的收入将实现 同比增长 30%–40%。我们一直在积极寻找这一分散市场中的并购机会，对像 Medimobile 这样拥有长期客户基础和良好盈利能力的成熟或利基运营商印象深刻。”

AVS 由 Soon Baker（北岸皇家医院注册护士）和 Adam Baker 于 2012 年创立。夫妇二人仍持有公司 20% 股权。
