智通财经APP获悉，山高控股(00412)尾盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.68%，报18.04港元，成交额1.05亿港元。
消息面上，山高控股拟于8月29日举行董事会会议考虑及批准中期业绩。据悉，今年5月，山东高速集团与华为签署战略合作协议，旨在共同打造“绿色算力+清洁能源”双轮驱动的新发展模式。山高控股作为山东高速集团旗下唯一拥有电算一体化产业板块的子公司将成为本次合作业务探索的主要承载方。
中泰证券此前指出，基于山高控股在AIDC产业的布局深化，以及大股东山高集团带来的协同效应，预计未来几年公司业绩将呈现较快增长。其中，贡献主要的营收增长的山高新能源将受益于中国绿电市场的蓬勃发展；世纪互联则继续受益于人工智能的发展和“东数西算”工程的推进，有望贡献利润增量；标准投资业务预测保持稳定，非标准投资业务的风险敞口将逐步缩小。
