Waratah Minerals Ltd (ASX股票代码:WTM) 周三宣布收到确定性认购承诺，以每股0.575澳元价格发起配售，成功募集3000万澳元。

Waratah董事总经理Peter Duerden表示，此次战略配售得到公司现有和新机构投资者的大力支持，旨在加速推进Spur金铜矿项目的勘探活动。

公司目前现场已有3台钻机，预计在未来几周及数月内将会陆续发布勘探结果。

周四WTM股价异动，终盘飙涨21.95%，报0.75澳元。

WTM已发行股本2.33亿股，市值1.75亿澳元。截止上季度末公司账面现金结余754万澳元。
