华鑫证券研报指出，九华旅游定增募资景区扩容，多业务布局协同发展。5月公司发布定增预案，拟募资不超过5亿元，用于九华山狮子峰客运索道建设、聚龙大酒店改造、中心大酒店客房升级以及交通设备提升项目。其中狮子峰索道项目拟投入3.26亿元，预计建成使用后年营收/利润为1.11/0.37亿元。本次项目改造将进一步完善九华山游览体系，破解景区“中热南北冷”的发展瓶颈，满足游览扩容需求，直接增厚公司业绩。此外，公司积极布局“九华健康素食”、“新徽菜”等餐饮品牌，拓展农产品、文创产品和旅游产品等业务，着力打造池州区域旅游综合体。随着品牌建设推进与多产业联动，公司有望开辟第二增长曲线。公司背靠九华山优势资源，四大主营业务形成全旅游产业链条，同时积极推进景区升级改造与多业务协同布局，有望充分受益旅游消费高景气。首次覆盖，给予“买入”投资评级。
