　　东风汽车郑重声明，7.23亿元金额为土地使用权转让价格，部分自媒体将土地使用权转让价格恶意曲解为工厂整体资产价值，属于严重失实。

　　上述不实报道涉嫌误导公众，严重损害了东风汽车公司名誉、品牌形象，扰乱正常市场秩序和营商环境。我们敬告相关侵权主体，立刻停止侵权行为、删除相关内容，对于已造成的不良影响，东风汽车保留依法维护自身权益的权利。若再有类似不实信息传播，我们将采取一切必要的法律措施追究相关侵权主体的法律责任。
