智通财经APP讯，国富量子(00290)发布公告，于2025年8月14日，公司与11名认购人订立11份独立认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意向认购人配发及发行，而认购人有条件同意认购合共9.15亿股认购股份，相当于公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股本约9.13%。认购价每股认购股份1.45港元较8月14日收市价每股1.65港元折让约12.12%。
透过认购事项筹集的所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为13.264亿港元及13.214亿港元，将用作以下用途：(a)所得款项净额的20%将用于拓展数字资产金融牌照业务与基础设施;(b)所得款项净额的10%将用于拓展RWA投行业务;(c)所得款项净额的45%将用于发展Pre-RWA基金与RWA二级市场基金;(d)所得款项净额的25%将用于投资金融科技及RWA技术平台，包括与京北方成立合资公司及相关技术研发与应用场景拓展。
