ChainCatcher 消息，据 Strategy 官网报道，Micro Strategy 已将公司法定名称更改为 Strategy Inc，8 月 11 日生效。公司证券在纳斯达克的交易代码维持不变，包括 MSTR、STRK、STRF、STRD、STRC，CUSIP 编号亦未调整。此次更名不影响公司架构。 Strategy Inc 为全球最大比特币持有上市公司，并提供 AI 企业分析软件。
