智通财经APP讯，品创控股(08066)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月将实现由除税后亏损转为除税后溢利。报告期间预期除税后溢利预期将约为4040万港元，而截至2024年同期的除税后亏损则约为305万港元。
董事会认为该预期除税后溢利主要受以下各项综合影响：(1)营运私域电子商务平台及提供人工智能语音技术数据服务各自产生的除税后溢利分别约为3730万港元及约580万港元(2024年：0);(2) SIM卡业务分部收入同比增加约25%，导致分部溢利增加约350万港元;及(3)就电视节目的投资而言，集团于报告期间内并无取得任何公允值收益或亏损，而于2024年同期则取得公允值收益约290万港元。
