智通财经APP讯，民信国际控股(08456)发布公告，已接获合共七份有关合共4315.81万股供股股份(相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数的约40.8%)的暂定配额通知书项下的有效申请及接纳。供股将不会产生供股股份的零碎配额。根据认购结果，6260.42万股供股股份未获认购，相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数的约59.2%。
6260.42万股未获认购供股股份(配售股份，相当于供股项下可供认购之供股股份总数之约59.2%)受配售安排所规限。配售股份(相当于紧随供股完成后本公司已发行股份的约47.4%)已按配售价每股配售股份0.29港元(较认购价并无溢价)成功配售予不少于六名承配人。因此，补偿安排项下每股未获认购供股股份的净收益金额为零，且概无任何不行动股东变现任何净收益及拟于2025年9月10日(星期三)收取任何净收益。
供股章程所载有关供股及配售未获认购供股股份的所有条件已获达成，且供股及配售未获认购供股股份已于2025年8月13日( 星期三)下午四时正成为无条件。供股所得款项总额约为3070万港元，而所得款项净额(经扣除有关开支后)约为2950万港元。
