TORM Q2 EPS, Time Carter Equivalent Earnings Fall; 2025 Outlook Raised

TORM (TRMD) reported Q2 earnings Thursday of $0.60 per basic share, down from $2.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.59.

Time charter equivalent earnings for the quarter were $208.2 million, down from $325.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $210.1 million.

The company said it now expects 2025 time charter equivalent earnings in the range of $800 million to $950 million, up from its prior range of $700 million to $900 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $859.4 million.

TORM shares were up 5.9% in recent premarket activity.
