National Grid 将把位于英格兰东南海岸格兰岛（英国最大液化天然气）接收站的 Grain LNG 出售给由 Centrica 与 Energy Capital Partners（2024 年被 Bridgepoint 收购）组成的财团，作价 15 亿英镑（约 20.4 亿美元），双方各持 50%，预计四季度完成交割。交易收益合计 16.6 亿英镑（含交割前分红，最终随交割进行调整）。Grain LNG 由两家子公司持有运营，并受长期合同保障。

　　Centrica 表示，扣除约 11 亿英镑项目融资后，其 50% 权益对应的实际出资约 2 亿英镑，将以自有现金支付；该资产预计每年贡献约 1 亿英镑 EBITDA，支撑公司到 2028 年底实现 16 亿英镑 EBITDA 的目标；2026–2028 年平均每年可获现金分派约 2000 万英镑。

　　National Grid 称出售体现其聚焦电力网络并为大规模投资筹资的战略取向。AJ Bell 认为，买方获得具有战略意义、与通胀挂钩的长期现金流，卖方回笼资本，交易对双方均具吸引力。
