WTI由两个月低点反弹，结算价在每桶63美元之上，夏季交投清淡。

　　投资者正在关注特朗普和普京周五的峰会是将导致美国对这个OPEC+成员国放松制裁，还是会导致制裁收紧。特朗普与欧洲领导人通话后警告称，如果普京不同意停火，他将施加“非常严重的后果”

　　市场整体处于“观望模式，”CIBC Private Wealth Group高级能源交易员Rebecca Babin表示，“市场共识认为，我们不会看到明确的停火协议，也不会看到来自特朗普的激进制裁”。

　　供应方面，形势愈发悲观。虽然近期因北半球夏季交易活跃度下降，油价波动有限，但由于OPEC及其合作伙伴撤销始于2023年的减产，今年以来油价累计下跌超过10%。对明年可能出现创纪录供应过剩的预期也令市场承压。

　　WTI 9月期货上涨2.09%，结算价报每桶63.96美元。

　　布伦特10月期货结算价上涨1.84%，报每桶66.84美元。
