智通财经APP讯，中国大冶有色金属(00661)公布，公司获悉，为贯彻国家关于加快国有经济布局优化和结构调整的重要部署和国务院国资委关于中央企业专业化整合的具体要求，进一步优化内部资源配置，该公司控股股东大冶有色金属集团控股有限公司(以下统称为“母公司”)已于2025年8月11日与母公司及该公司的控股股东中国有色矿业集团有限公司(以下统称为“中国有色矿业”)的全资附属公司中国十五冶金建设集团有限公司(以下统称为“中色十五冶”)签订意向协议，据此，中色十五冶将受让该公司非全资附属公司大冶有色设计研究院有限公司的100%股权。截至2025年7月31日，可能出售事项所涉及的资产总值为约人民币一亿三千万元。预期代价将由该公司与中色十五冶经公平磋商后于最终及具法律约束力的正式协议中厘定。
于本公告日期，母公司为该公司控股股东，间接持有该公司已发行股本约66.85% 权益，而中国有色矿业为母公司的控股股东，持有母公司约57.99%股权。
