据中国房地产报，8月8日，三亚市土地储备整理交易中心发布公示，拟使用专项债收储三亚崖州湾科技城1宗用地。据上述公示称，拟收储的用地为中兴通讯股份有限公司剩余未开发建设土地，拟收储总面积为41896.8平方米（约62.85亩），收储价格约1056万元，折合单价为16.8万元/亩。目前，尚不清楚该地块被收储的真正原因。连日来，记者辗转与三亚市土地储备整理交易中心、三亚崖州湾科技城，以及中兴通讯等方面联系相关采访事宜，但截至目前没有得到各方明确回应。
