加密货币交易所 Gemini（Gemini Space Station）在6月保密递表后，已向美国证监会（SEC）公开递交招股书，计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码拟为 GEMI。募资规模与发行价区间尚未披露。

　　Gemini 成立于2014年，由卡梅伦与泰勒·文克莱沃斯创办。按数据商 Kaiko 的口径，按交易量计其为美国规模较大的加密交易平台之一，现有托管资产约180亿美元，历史累计成交额约2850亿美元。业务涵盖场外交易（OTC）、面向美国的信用卡，以及比特币、以太币与多种稳定币等资产的交易，服务对象包括散户与机构，主要收入来自按成交量计费的交易手续费。

　　财务方面，2024年公司营收为1.422亿美元，其中约七成为交易收入；同期净亏损1.585亿美元。招股书显示，文克莱沃斯兄弟仍为公司最大股东。
