金吾财讯 | 三大航集体走高，中国东航(00670)涨6.76%，中国南航(01055)涨5.5%，中国国航(00753)涨3.52%。据央视新闻报道，中国航空运输协会正式发布《中国航空运输协会航空客运自律公约》。这项《公约》的主要内容包括，发布航空安全、服务质量等十个方面的自律条款。在这十项自律条款中重点提出，加强行业自律，维护市场秩序，强化反垄断和反不正当竞争措施。倡导各企业严格遵守价格法、反不正当竞争法等相关法律规定，杜绝以排挤竞争对手为目的的恶意竞争行为，包括低价倾销、虚假宣传等。自律条款同时还提出，对航空销售网络平台以及销售代理人执行的航司票价、退改签规则等，中航协要加强监督管理，严禁违规捆绑销售、价外加价。中航协要求，航空分销渠道要严格按照国家有关规定开具规范发票，严格遵守《公共航空运输旅客服务管理规定》相关要求。严禁未经备案公示的航空销售代理人从事销售代理业务。
