公开资料显示，百德国际主要从事有色金属及建筑材料贸易。该公司主要包含五大业务分部，即供应链业务分部提供有色金属及建筑材料的供应链服务；酒店管理及餐饮服务主要从事酒店管理及餐饮服务；租赁业务分部从事设备的租赁；物业投资分部从事零售商铺的租赁；证券投资分部从事股本的投资。
百德国际24年业绩显示，该集团取得收益6.75亿港元，同比增加59.71%；公司股权股东应占亏损2.29亿港元，同比增加13.61%。公告称，收益增长主要来自供应链业务表现复苏，产生收益5.759亿港元，而上一年度则为2.983亿港元，反映业务表现良好及市况改善。
