ChainCatcher 消息，据金十数据报道，当投资者还在争相抢购本周大热的加密货币公司 IPO 时，稳定币发行商 Circle (CRCL.N) 的高管们已开始紧急收割公司上市以来的惊人涨幅。Circle 周二宣布以当前市价出售 1000 万股股票（其中 200 万股来自公司，其余来自包括 CEO 杰里米·阿莱尔在内的股东），套现约 14 亿美元。
据知情人士透露，这场为期两天的配售已获超额认购，预计当地时间周四完成定价。这家 6 月初上市的公司股价迄今已飙升 349%，本周早些时候还交出了亮眼的季度财报。此次售股比预期早得多——距 Circle 上市仅两个月，远未到年底锁定期结束之时。但作为 IPO 主承销商兼锁定期豁免决定方的摩根大通，并未阻拦这次抛售。芝加哥 IPO 研究机构 IPOX 创始人约瑟夫·舒斯特表示：“这是合理的套利行为，风险由此转嫁给公开市场。”
