格隆汇8月18日丨锐信控股(01399.HK)公告，初步预计集团于截至2025年6月30日止6个月将录得公司拥有人应占综合净亏损约人民币1450万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月则录得公司拥有人应占综合净溢利约人民币550万元。
集团九成以上的销售收入来自ODM业务，而当中绝大部分收入来自消费电子市场的智能手机市场。回顾期间，ODM业务的客户及产品结构基本上维持不变。集团于2025年上半年ODM电池产品的整体销量按年增长约5%，惟由于销售价格普遍下跌，销售收入同比未录得增幅。尽管ODM产品的整体毛利率较去年同期有所改善，惟因回顾期间行政开支大幅上升，主要包括员工福利、研发及技术服务等费用增加，导致期内录得综合净亏损。
管理层认为，上述费用的增加旨在提升员工留任率，并持续推动工业设计及人工智能应用方面的创新，以支持集团未来业务的可持续发展。因此，有关开支对集团的经营利润仅构成短暂性影响。
