博雷顿(1333.HK)公告，于2025年8月20日本公司与金洲控股有限公司及捷利交易宝(08017.HK)及其子公司TradaeGo Markets Limited共同签署了一项《战略合作协议》。各方将共同推动(1)现实世界资产(RWA)代币化—将本公司新能源工程机械运营收益权、海外矿山光储绿色碳减排资产等打包形成可分割、可审计的链上金融产品；(2)合规Web3支付系统—在本公司业务生态内接入稳定币支付及交易体系；及(3)在香港监管框架下的数字资产发行与流通—由GCH持牌之子公司协助完成代币化资产合规发行，并由TradeGo之持牌子公司担任承销人负责市场分销与认购。
