智通财经APP讯，中国金融发展(03623)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得净收益较去年同期(即截至2024年6月30日止六个月)大幅减少，跌幅范围约80%至85%，报告期间的亏损额较去年同期减少约65%至75%。
报告期间净收益大幅下降主要归因于：(i)储能系统销售业务未能产生任何收入，主要因为南非储能系统市场竞争激烈，且于报告期间并未与经销商签订任何新销售订单;及(ii)担保业务取得净收入较去年同期减少约90%至95%，主要因为市场融资需求放缓以及市场投资信心减弱所致。
报告期间集团亏损额减少，主要是由于报告期内未就任何物业、厂房及设备确认减值亏损，而去年同期确认了约1560万元的减值亏损。
