智通财经APP讯，国富氢能(02582)公布，于2025年8月18日，公司的一间间接全资附属公司新疆国富铭志氢能科技有限责任公司(国富铭志)与一名位于中华人民共和国新疆维吾尔自治区哈密市的客户及独立第三方，哈密通慧德绿色铸造有限公司，订立100兆瓦绿电制氢设备销售协议，合约总价值超过人民币1.5亿元。根据销售协议，国富铭志须向该客户供应22套1,000标准立方米╱小时电解槽、气液处理设备、绿电制氢控制系统、安全检测系统以及公用辅助设备。
订约方就采购核心氢能设备达成深度合作，标志着公司在中国西北工业领域大规模应用电解制氢技术的重要里程碑。本次合作乃基于订约方利用哈密地区丰富的风能、光伏等可再生能源资源，进行氢能与冶金产业融合的长期战略规划，代表公司在绿色冶金领域的首个综合绿电制氢冶金解决方案。
