智通财经APP讯，万城控股(02892)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月(i)其除税后亏损将约人民币100万元至人民币500万元(截至2024年6月30日止六个月：人民币6520万元);及(ii)公司权益股东应占亏损约人民币50万元至人民币500万元(2024年中期：人民币6170万元)。
董事会谨此强调，于2024年中期，公司(a)确认公司联营公司的其他应收款项减值亏损;及(b)就公司联营公司的应计利息作出计提。公司于2025年中期并未确认该减值亏损或作出有关计提。此外，行政开支及税项较2024年中期均显著下降。因此，公司预期，于2025年中期除税后亏损及权益股东应占亏损将大幅减少。
