智通财经APP讯，亨利加集团(03638)发布公告，于2025年8月20日(交易时段后)，买方(公司间接全资附属公司Greatness Aim Limited)与卖方(PSPB (2013) Investment Limited)及卖方担保人订立买卖协议，据此，买方已有条件同意以代价为2000万港元向买方收购城投中国理财有限公司(目标公司)全部已发行股份的65%。
目标公司城投中国理财有限公司为香港持牌放债人，主要从事放债及不良贷款追收业务。于买卖协议日期，卖方为销售股份的合法及实益拥有人。
收购事项将使集团得以扩大及多元化其客户基础，并进一步巩固其于金融服务业的市场地位。透过善用营运协同效应及规模经济，经扩大集团预期可透过共享基础设施及资源提高成本效益及盈利能力。收购事项亦为集团带来策略性裨益，例如进入新市场及增强合规能力。因应收购事项，集团预期将扩大经扩大集团的收入基础，并在放债业务与其现有金融服务业务之间创造协同效应及新机遇。目标公司凭借为数较多的贷款组合能够取得良好发展，其可靠的往绩记录表明，目标公司的盈利能力可提供稳定的收入，为集团创造可观的增长。
