智通财经APP讯，中国新城市(01321)发布公告，本集团预期将于2025年期间取得亏损净额不多于约人民币4000万元，而截至2024 年6月30日止6个月(2024年期间)则取得纯利约人民币3.475亿元。
2025年期间的预期由盈转亏主要由于本集团的国际办公中心IOC A2.1栋项目项目销售已于2024年度完成大部分收入确认(截至2024年12月31日止已确认的项目合约销售约为76%，而截至2025年6月30日止，估计将予确认的该项目销售收入约为人民币3亿元)，导致本集团商业物业开发业务分部的收入将较2024年期间预期大幅下滑，降幅不超过约94%。尽管如此，本集团预计物业租赁业务分部的收入将较2024年期间增加不低于约30%，能为本集团持续提供稳定的现金流入。
