智通财经APP讯，亨鑫科技(01085)发布公告，本公司预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得未经审核本公司权益股东应占净亏损不少于约人民币6800万元。相比之下，本公司于去年同期取得的未经审核本公司权益股东应占纯利约为人民币2660万元。同时，本报告期的未经审核经营溢利预计较截至2024年6月30日止6个月的未经审核经营溢利约人民币6749.1万元下降约50%至60%，至约人民币3374.55万元至人民币2699.64万元之间。
董事会认为，本报告期内经营溢利的同比减少主要归因于与去年同期相比收入下降以及本集团毛利率的同比下降。此外，由于本报告期内利息开支及所得税的增加，与去年同期的未经审核本公司权益股东应占纯利相比，预计本公司本报告期将取得未经审核本公司权益股东应占净亏损。
