华住集团上半年归母净利润24亿元
8月20日，华住集团（01179/HTHT）发布了截至2025年6月30日的未经过审计财务业绩。2025年上半年，公司收入为118亿元，同比增长3.5%。来自Legacy-DH的收入为22亿元，同比下降4.9%，为租赁酒店数目减少所致。
2025年上半年，公司租赁及自有酒店收入为62亿元，同比下降8.7%。来自Legacy-Huazhu的租赁及自由酒店的收入为40亿元，同比下降10.3%，来自Legacy-DH的收入为22亿元，同比下降5.5%。其他收入为2.67亿元，去年同期为2.49亿元。
2025年上半年，公司经营利润为29亿元，去年同期为26亿元；其他经营利润为1.65亿元，去年同期为1.75亿元，有所下降；经营利润率为24.3%，去年同期为22.5%；归母净利润为24亿元，去年同期为17亿元。
公司的业务分部表现不一，Legacy-Huazhu的管理加盟及特许经营酒店收入表现突出，而Legacy-DH的收入则因租赁酒店数量减少而同比下降。整体来看，华住集团在业务扩展和盈利能力方面表现良好，未来仍将继续关注市场变化和扩展机会。
