【昊海生物科技(06826.HK)与亨泰光学终止OK镜独家合作获8000万元补偿并全资控股亨泰视觉】智通财经APP讯，昊海生物科技(06826.HK)发布公告，2021年3月19日，上海昊海生物科技股份有限公司(“公司”)全资子公司昊海生物科技控股有限公司(“昊海控股”)与亨泰光学股份有限公司(“亨泰光学”)、上海亨泰视觉科技有限公司(“亨泰视觉”)签署《独家经销合同》《技术授权合约书》(以下合称“独家经销协议”)，约定亨泰光学授予亨泰视觉高端角膜塑形用硬性透气接触镜产品(OK镜)“迈儿康myOK”于中国大陆地区、期限为10年(截至2030年12月31日)的独家经销权，昊海控股作为采购平台;并持续授予亨泰视觉儿童近视管理及控制的光学镜片“贝视得”于中国大陆地区的独家经销权。同时，公司全资子公司上海昊海医药科技发展有限公司(以下简称“昊海发展”)与亨泰视觉及其股东签订《投资协议》，通过股权转让以及增资的方式以人民币2,500万元取得亨泰视觉55%股权，亨泰视觉成为昊海发展的控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表。
