8月20日，GHW INTL（09933）发布公告，预计截至2025年6月30日的六个月内，公司的纯利将约为800万元，而截至2024年6月30日的六个月内录得的纯利为440万元。纯利的增加主要是由于其他收益的增加，特别是由于俄罗斯卢布和墨西哥比索等货币兑人民币的增值导致的汇兑收益净额增加，以及增值税加计抵减政策产生的其他收入增加约750万元。
然而，部分收益的增加被由于市场竞争激烈导致的特定自产及贸易产品的毛利减少所抵消。董事会强调，公告中所载资料基于目前可得的信息，尚未经过独立核数师或董事会审计委员会的审查，未来可能会进行调整。公司将在2025年8月底前根据上市规则发布中期业绩公告，届时股东及投资者应仔细阅读相关公告。
