8月15日，曹操出行（02643）、T3出行等打车平台同步宣布下调司机抽成比例。
曹操出行由22.7%降至22.5%；T3出行则承诺抽成比例最高不超过27%，年底前将26%-27%高抽成订单占比从21%降至17%，并对高频司机实行25%的流水抽成上限；高德打车方面，联合80余家合作平台推动抽成上限不超过27%（含信息服务费）。
此前，美团（03690）打车也向上海的司机推送消息称，自7月18日起，除所有品类抽佣降至18%外，对于特惠品类进行收入保底，承诺每公里不低于1.5元。
据交通运输部此前要求，网约车平台需公开计价规则并降低过高抽成比例。7月31日，国家市场监管总局《网络交易平台收费行为合规指南》进一步明确，禁止平台向经营者收取基础经营数据费用，直接推动部分平台取消信息服务费。
交通运输部相关数据显示，2022年网约车各平台公司公布的抽成比例上限在18%-30%之间 ，但在实际运营中，有部分平台的抽成甚至更高。高抽成使得网约车司机的收入大打折扣，付出与回报失衡，导致司机与平台之间矛盾的日益加深。
