董事会认为本回顾期间股东应占预期亏损减少的原因主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：收入及毛利增加，得益于集团持续致力于优化其餐厅网络，并通过引入新概念及品牌发展多元化品牌组合，支持本回顾期间内的收入增长;及于本回顾期间，取得与部分表现未达预期的分店相关的物业、厂房和设备及使用权资产的减值拨备减少。这一正面发展主要得益于本回顾期间集团收入表现的改善。改善乃由于集团积极优化其门店组合，果断调整表现未达预期的门店，并通过革新菜单以顺应不断变化的市场格局，以此提升客户体验及竞争力。
在本回顾期间内，集团密切关注市场情况，不时调整业务策略，并实施多项积极策略以提升多元品牌发展和节省开支，以减少负面影响及维持业务稳定。这些策略包括但不限于引进及开发合适市场的新品牌，与业主协商减租、改善供应商条款以及推出多样化的推广活动。此外，集团有效管理营运资金，以确保现金流保持健康状态。
