路透墨尔本/北京8月20日 - 中国天齐锂业CEO夏浚诚周三表示，对与合资伙伴IGO就其在西澳洲的 Kwinana锂精炼厂的股权问题重新谈判持开放态度。
该精炼厂是澳洲第一家氢氧化锂工厂，在锂价低迷之际，该厂一直在努力解决运营问题和生产延迟问题。
IGO 上个月对这家亏损的精炼厂计提减值，并表示对改善该资产信心不足。IGO持有该精炼厂 49% 股权。
夏浚诚在一次媒体吹风会上说："我对他们提出的任何建议都持开放态度，但直到现在我们还没有收到他们的任何正式建议。"
他说："如果他们不想成为合作伙伴，他们必须来找我，我持开放态度。"
IGO 没有立即回复路透通过电子邮件提出的置评请求。
两家公司还共同拥有Greenbushes锂矿，那是世界上最好的锂资产之一。
当被问及天齐是否会考虑让IGO退出Kwinana，但继续投资Greenbushes时，夏浚诚说，这两项资产是一个整体。
夏浚诚说，天齐也不会考虑Kwinana精炼厂的其他合作伙伴。
"这就像一场婚姻...我开始寻找新的合作伙伴就违反了我的原则。"
夏浚诚称，Kwinana炼厂的效率正在提高，公司没有关闭该资产的计划，该厂具有实现每年24,000吨全部额定产能的明确路径，并补充说，公司的目标是在明年实现65%的产能。(完
