Breville Group's (ASX:BRG) fiscal year 2025 earnings of AU$0.93 per share and revenue of AU$1.7 billion were strong and beat expectations, according to a Wednesday note by Jarden Research.
However, the company gave no quantitative guidance on potential tariff impacts, leaving a key uncertainty heading into the next fiscal year, Jarden said.
The company can expect an AU$140 million boost to the cost of goods sold next year, though tariff uncertainty may lead to lower market estimates, Jarden added.
Jarden notes the impact of tariffs as transitory and believes Breville's long-term growth remains supported, particularly by a material market opportunity in China.
The firm has an overweight rating and an AU$31 price target for Breville.
Shares of the company fell 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
