据21财经，被誉为“中国版军工Palantir”的科思科技开盘即跌停，截至10时32分，科思科技报76.26元/股，跌幅达14.36%。消息面上，昨日晚间，科思科技发布公告称，公司近日接到实际控制人、董事刘建德家属告知，刘建德收到国家某监察委员会出具的《留置通知书》和《立案通知书》，被实施留置和立案调查。对于上述事件，记者以投资者身份致电科思科技，接线工作人员表示，此为刘建德个人事项，暂未对公司经营造成重大影响，公司亦未收到协助调查通知。此前刘建德辞去总经理职位是其个人工作安排，加之公司也遇到有合适的高级管理人才，因此选聘了新的总经理。公司董事长职务变动则是正常换届。
