曾经被视为“闷声发大财”的殡葬行业，如今“殡葬第一股”福寿园上市十余年宣布首亏。该公司于1994年成立，2013年在港股上市，业务覆盖多地，主营公墓运营和殡仪服务。
此前福寿园发展势头强劲，营收从2013年的6亿元涨至2023年的26亿元，利润率高，墓穴单价超顶级豪宅3倍。但近日发布中期业绩预警，预计2025年上半年录得2.35亿至2.65亿元应占亏损，去年同期净利润为2.99亿元。
亏损原因包括宏观经济及消费谨慎影响业绩、部分附属公司成本上升、对部分附属公司资产减值拨备。殡葬业正面临消费行为转变、法规政策转向、税务政策改变等挑战。
