IT之家 8 月 18 日消息，参考外媒 ServeTheHome 当地时间 17 日报道，三星半导体在本月上旬的 FMS 2025 存储峰会上展出了多款高规格固态硬盘新品。

其中在超大容量部分，三星半导体带来了被称为 "MVP" 的 256TB 产品。其采用 EDSFF 规范连接器（IT之家注：从长宽比来看外形规格可能为 E3.L），拥有一个以柔性排线连接两部分的 C 型 PCB，可见 64 个 NAND 颗粒和 9 个 DRAM 颗粒。

目前几大 NAND 闪存原厂中铠侠、闪迪、美光都公布了可达 256TB 容量点的产品（分别为 LC9、DC SN670、6600 ION），三星的正式型号预计也将很快发布。

而对于高性能数据中心级固态硬盘，三星则展示了新品 PG9G3，这是一款旨在接替 PM9D3a 的 PCIe 5.0×4 接口产品。

PG9G3 符合 NVMe 2.1、NVMe-MI 2.0、OCP NVMe 2.6 规范，包含 2.5 英寸 U.2、EDSFF E3.S/ E1.S、M.2 外形规格，提供从 500GB 到 64TB 的一系列容量点，顺序读写至高可达 14800 MB/s 和 12000 MB/s，随机读写至高可达 3400K IOPS / 740K IOPS，同时拥有更出色的 FDP 灵活数据放置和安全特性支持。
