青翠的菜苗整齐排列，饱满的番茄在绿叶间探出红彤彤的“脸蛋”，顶着小黄花的黄瓜在藤蔓上爬满了竹架。8月17日，在阜新市阜新蒙古族自治县城区街道国盛社区的一片绿地里，几位戴着草帽的居民正弯腰给菜地浇水，“共享小菜园”焕发着盎然绿意。

谁能想到，仅仅3个多月前，这里还是杂草丛生、垃圾散落的闲置荒地。面对这块居民绕道走的“烦恼地”，国盛社区将其列为服务群众的“民生项目”，决心“变荒为宝”。党员率先组建“清障突击队”，他们搬石块、拔杂草、整土地，用汗水清除荒芜。荒地平整后，划分清晰的“党员责任田”立起了标识牌。各党支部主动认领，党员们种下应季蔬菜。每天清晨或傍晚，都能看到他们在责任田里忙碌的身影，仔细地拔除杂草，小心翼翼地给幼苗搭架，轻声交流着种植经验。

成熟的新鲜蔬菜则送给独居老人、行动不便居民及困难家庭，沉甸甸的“菜篮子”装满的是社区的关怀。菜园还成了邻里交往的“新舞台”。居民们相约而来，你一瓢我一桶地给菜地浇水，分享着自家带来的肥料，交流着种菜的心得。田间地头的闲聊，拉近了彼此的距离。

昔日的“边角地”，如今已然成为飘着菜香、洋溢着笑声的“幸福园地”，凝聚着社区大家庭的温暖和谐。
