隐形眼镜制造商博士伦周一表示，在与亿万富翁投资者卡尔·伊坎及其部分子公司的协议终止后，布雷特·伊坎（Brett Icahn）和加里·胡（Gary Hu）已辞去博士伦董事会职务。
该协议于2022年6月21日签订，在伊坎集团持有的博士伦母公司博士健康公司（Bausch Health Companies）的净多头头寸跌破要求的门槛后终止。
上周五，博士健康公司表示，Paulson Capital及其某些关联公司和管理基金收购了伊坎集团此前持有的约3470万股普通股，目前持有该公司约19.13%的已发行普通股。
该公司补充说，在2021年2月23日单独的董事任命和提名协议终止后，布雷特·伊坎和史蒂文·米勒（Steven Miller）从博士健康董事会辞职。
今年4月，卡尔·伊坎披露持有博士健康公司约34%的股份。
博士健康于2022年将博士伦拆分为另一家上市公司，同时保留了多数股权。根据LSEG汇编的数据，其持有博士伦87.7%的股份。
