智通财经APP获悉，全球领先的客户关系管理平台赛富时(CRM.US)近日签署协议，将收购人工智能(AI)原生解决方案提供商Regrello。该公司计划将Regrello的技术整合至其Agentforce和Slack平台。
本次交易的具体条款未予披露。根据周一发布的声明，收购预计将于赛富时2026财年第三季度完成。此次收购不会影响赛富时对2026财年的业绩预期。交易资金将来自公司账面现金，且不会影响其资本回报计划的实施。
Regrello首席执行官Aman Naimat在声明中表示：“我们创立Regrello的初衷是消除企业工作中的效率障碍。加入赛富时使我们能够借助其广泛的平台资源，将智能流程自动化技术推广至更多组织，帮助团队摆脱陈旧、低效且成本高昂的传统工作模式，转向敏捷的AI驱动型工作方式。”
