Synlait Milk (ASX:SM1, NZE:SML) has confirmed it is in discussions regarding a potential transaction involving its North Island assets, but states that no agreement has been reached, and there is no certainty a deal will go ahead, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The company said it will share updates as needed to meet its disclosure requirements but will not respond to any additional media speculation, the filing added.
